Check it out. I was in New York City and Boston for 5 days and I had a blast. I first met my mom in NYC and we had an amazing first dinner at this Chinese Jazz place called Shanghai Jazz. The next day my mom and I went to the Yankee/Reds game at Yankee stadium. We decided to go to a game at the stadium because it is the last season that the Yankees will be playing there. Additionally, it was a significant game because my great-grandfather (Waite Hoyt) used to play for the Yankees and is in the Hall of Fame. He also announced as a broadcaster for the Reds after he retired from playing. My mom and I got a private tour and free tickets because I contacted the marketing department at the Yankees Front office and explain our situation. The seats were great, as you can see from the pictures, and the Yankees won the game 4-1. The swinging photos of Ken Griffey are of his 601 home run which I was proud to capture on my new camera (Farnsworth gave up the home run and the Yankee fans hate him...[boos].) Yankee stadium felt a lot smaller in person than it's shown on television, but all-in-all a great day/place (there was a rain delay) to watch the game.

Boston! I took a train from NYC to BOS monday to meet up with my cousin Alex in Boston. She goes to Suffolk University and has great roommates and a great apartment blocks from Fenway, Northeastern Univ., and other bars/attractions. On Tues. June 24, we went downtown to Ruth Chris steakhouse where my cousin works and had an amazing Veal Chop and mushrooms with plenty of drinks. I flew out of Boston (great airport) Wednesday night and arrived in Copenhagen thursday morning.
